Due to the current global situation please be aware that there will be a slight delay in usual delivery times.
When placing your order, please ensure that the billing, shipping address and contact details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Sydney, Australia. Orders placed before 10:00am (AEST) will be dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 10:00 am (AEST) will be dispatched the next day.

We ship via Australia Post Express Courier.

Taxes & Duties:
For any delivery destinations outside of Australia, you will be responsible for paying Customs/Duty and Import taxes to receive your order. It's important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay of delivery of your order.
Returns & exchange policy:
We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it at your own expense and responsibility, unworn and unused within 14 days of the date of arrival. All items which you wish to return must be returned in their original packaging with their labels intact.
You may exchange the item for something else, subject to stock availability or for store credit which is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.
In any event damaged, worn or used items will not be eligible for exchange.
Returns procedure:

Please clearly indicate:
- Your order number, and attach your receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
- Name on the order.
- Email address on the order.
- Your request for exchange or store credit.
Please package your parcel securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit back to us. We recommend you obtain a receipt for proof of posting if using the Post Office.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or an incorrect item, please email: contact@haulier.international and include:
- Your order number, and attach your receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
- Name on the order.
- Email address on the order.
- Your request.
- A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item.
If we determine that the item is damaged or defective, we will either replace or repair the item or refund the price of the item to your original payment method.
If we determine that the item is not damaged or defective, we shall contact you as to whether you wish for the item to be returned to you at your expense.
For best practice, please photograph on a flat surface with error clearly displayed. We will use this information to best help you with your return and work with our manufacturing partners to eliminate such errors in the future.
