Your access to and use of the website, including any orders placed using the website, is subject to these terms and conditions. Please take the time to read these terms and conditions prior accessing or using the website.

This website www.haulier.international is owned by Haulier International Pty Ltd (ACN 632 486 072) trading as Haulier (“Haulier”, “we”, “us”, “our”, etc).

We own all trademarks, registered or unregistered used on this website. Unauthorised use of any trademark is strictly prohibited. We own copyright in the whole of the website including by not limited to the design, text, graphics and arrangement thereof comprised in the website.

Changes to these terms & conditions:

We reserve the right to make changes to the site and terms and conditions at any time without prior notice to you, and such amendments will be effective as soon as the changes are posted on the website.

Returns & exchange policy:

We hope you will be totally satisfied with anything you buy from our website. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your full priced purchase, you can return it at your own expense and responsibility, unworn and unused within 14 days of the date of arrival. All items which you wish to return must be returned in their original packaging with their labels intact.

You may exchange the full priced item for something else, subject to stock availability or for store credit which is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

In any event damaged, worn or used items will not be eligible for exchange.

All discounted items or those on sale are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, exchanges or credit notes unless deemed faulty. Please choose with care.

Returns procedure:

To request a return, please email contact@haulier.international

Please clearly indicate:

  1. Your order number, and attach your receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
  2. Name on the order.
  3. Email address on the order.
  4. Your request for exchange or store credit.

Please package your parcel securely in its original packaging to avoid damage in transit back to us. We recommend you obtain a receipt for proof of posting if using the Post Office.

If you have received a damaged, defective, or an incorrect item, please email: contact@haulier.international and include:

  1. Your order number, and attach your receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
  2. Name on the order.
  3. Email address on the order.
  4. Your request.
  5. A photograph demonstrating the damaged area of the item.

If we determine that the item is damaged or defective, we will either replace or repair the item or refund the price of the item to your original payment method.

If we determine that the item is not damaged or defective, we shall contact you as to whether you wish for the item to be returned to you at your expense.

For best practice, please photograph on a flat surface with error clearly displayed. We will use this information to best help you with your return and work with our manufacturing partners to eliminate such errors in the future.

Shipping:

We ship via Australia Post Express Courier for orders within Australia.

For all international orders we ship with DHL Express. All international orders ship climate neutral, with carbon offsets provided by GoGreen.

All deliveries require signature upon delivery.

Customs duties may apply depending on the country in which you reside. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.
